Manage File Expiration Notifications

By default, we notify you 12 hours before a file is about to expire. However, you are able to customize this in your Account settings.

Start by navigating to the Account page.

Click on File Expiration Notifications.

You can add a new notification (to get multiple warnings about expiration) or update the existing one to a new value.

You can also opt out of these notifications by clicking the Opt Out of File Expiration Notifications checkbox.

Whatever changes you make, be sure to click the Save button.
